It looks to me that stats.retronetworking.org is not showing actual data.
It is currently not working, see Bug #6727: OCTOI Grafana is not working - OCTOI - Osmocom Community TDM over IP - Open Source Mobile Communications - and please primarly use the issue tracker for bug reports and the like.
